If we are forced to downgrade to Win 10 just play this, and so I only won't buy information technology or if I really want to I'll just install a 2nd partition with just that crapware of Win x and SoT (or do it on a VM)

My guess, the .exe volition run a check to come across what organisation you have and but deny anything non windows 10. Regardless if it potentially runs on windows 7 or non, they merely wont permit the consumer to try.

I promise that is not the case, but Microsoft is not exactly known as consumer friendly company/publisher
